Famous Lafontaine Park is less than 5 minutes away and the Mont-Royal Park, the Montreal city centre and Old Montreal, are less than 15 minutes away, always on foot. Together with the Metro access, many bus circuits are available at proximity to make your sojourn more pleasant.  The apartment is well lighted, secure, quiet and in a residential area. The apartment is a 4½ and include 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. It also include a living room, dining room and a kitchen. It is fully equipped, including washer/dryer and a dishwasher. RATES: Our daily rates start at $75 for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Conditions are as follow: 25% of the full amount is mandatory at the moment of reservation. The balance is due in full at your arrival. The balance is due on arrival. We demand a 400$ deposit as a guarantee for the premises. This deposit will be given back when you leave, following our inspection of the premises.
